More realistic real estate market

You may be aware that the real estate markets aren't quite realistic in JC3RP. If you own the house and sell it, you always get 25% less money you paid for it. This is not the case in real life. So I think there should be volatility in the real estate market. So basicly sometimes the prices would rise, and sometimes the prices would fall a bit. But in the long term it should always rise, just like in real life. Of course there could be financial crises, but that's another story. However my point is, that you can't make any profit from your house. I think this should change.
