Tourist "job"

Well it's not really a job, but the idea is that you can change to "tourist" at the town hall. When you are a tourist, you get salary as if you are unemployed, but you have 50% reduced drainage of hunger and thirst, which allows you to go on vacation and explore the map without dying.
