Ability to Invest in businesses

This would most resemble being able to invest in businesses (optional Snack Bars, PayNSpray, Clinics (like a walkup Hospital), Convenience Store, etc.) where the Investor puts some money in and gets paid back over time by purchases at the business, plus some fixed amount in addition before the investment is paid off: it not unreasonable amount of profit, it would not be game-breaking given the large interest rates Banks already pay.

This would give tycoons something to spend money on after all other purchases have been made, plus is repeatable since it wears off after the investment+profit is repaid.

Give the Investor's chat name as part of the business name for the duration.

The investments could be of two kinds: for existing permanent businesses (the Hospital, the Snack Bars, the PayNSpray), and for temporary businesses that will only be active while the investment period lasts (like Clinics in each town, more Snack Bars, etc.)
