As each bases is investigated, its information is added to what the Scout knows, valid for 10 minutes. When the Scout uses the /status command the information is printed out to chat (perhaps to them only, or to players on their Military/Rebel side, or in a display others can access using /status? Need suggestions on the display: we don't want the output spamming chat. Could be consumer based, so the side's information is gathered by Scouts and then any Military/Rebel personnel can run /status to see what is currently known)"
