Add version stamp

Feature Overview

As a user, if my configuration starts to 404 due to options changing, I would likely to easily be able to know by being able to reference a version in the generated filter list against the website.

Intended Behavior

A version stamp in the footer and in all generated files. And a MR checklist item to ensure it gets updated.
