Add hdf5 to dependencies

Description

We need to add hdf5 (h5py) to the dependencies and to setup.py, see #250.

Demo

  • installation on a bare docker image works out-of-the-box
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
