Only allow predefined resolutions

In the Preferences Menü a selection with all supported resolutions is displayed. When the current display mode is not fullscreen (windowed), only resolutions that are lower than the maximum possible on this device are selectable. When the current display mode is fullscreen, only resolutions supported by the current device are selectable.

The following resolution options are available:

Initially only the options with a star and the currently selected is visible. A toggle Button "more options" or "less options" toggles more options to be visible.

The resolutions should be ordered ascending by the first and second number

The Preferences Menü is reachable through a button on the title scree and on the preferences screen.
