running configurator with --run-navmeshtool fails on MacOS

If executed like in the manual, i.e. running it from the folder the momw-configurator-macos-arm64 is located in, will fail with an error message from the nav-meshtool that the folder "vsf" cannot be found.

However executing the command from inside the openmw.app/Contents/MacOS folder with the same parameters works as intended, so I guess the function calling the nav-meshtool needs to change the working directory to fix this.
