GlobalProtect profile always prompts for username & password

Summary

i have a GlobalProtect profile that connects fine, but even though there's a Username specified in the profile it always asks me for a Username in the login dialog.

Also, I have 'Batch mode' chacked, but it always asks for a password, too.

Version of the software & operating system

1.6.2-dirty (64-bit)

windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a GlobalProtect profile
2. specify a Username
3. Click 'Connect'
4. it asks for Username
5. give credentials, connects...
6. disconnect
7. connect
8. it asks for Username & password again...
