- Added the Kotlin plugin to the 'root' plugin's classpath (#11, 777d1698, !10)
- Fixed an incorrect Dokkatoo configuration which led to empty generation (#11, 2561c2c5, !10)
- Raise the minimal supported Java versions for libraries to 17 (b32bc5b1, !10)
