Run ./perfbefore to measure Anonymine performance with random.SystemRandom

To compare against random.Random

Use the environment variable SIMPLEQUEUE to use either Queue or SimpleQueue

Anonymine used SimpleQueue instead of Queue on SerenityOS as a workaround for
https://github.com/SerenityOS/serenity/issues/19118 and
https://github.com/SerenityOS/serenity/issues/22334

This is no longer necessary since
https://github.com/SerenityOS/serenity/commit/f972eda7ed812deb77bcbe564bc8fc422b029399

This feature will be removed in the next commit.
