Change some colors for better contrast, styled some unstyled elements. 

* Background of find-keyboard-shortcut-window does now have the same color as the editor window.
* Text color of folded code is now equal to the text color of comments.
* Hover color in version control commit list is now the same color as hover color for tabs.
* Hover border color is now brown (e.g. toolbar icons)
* Active tool window bar tab background color is now brown instead of black (black was barely visible)
* Debug window tab underline is now brown instead of grey when the window has no focus (the same color as for all other tabs)
* Increase contrast of file-tree background colors
* Changed color of titlebar on Windows when window is inactive

Update required IDE version.
