It's not a real project, and certainly not ready for the public, unless it has a license. I chose the Apache 2.0 license since I consider it the best balance between respecting the freedoms of users, while not restricting the use of the software. And it's more legally enforcable than the MIT license, which I also like due to its simplcitiy.
