Volunteer for Localization

Hi,
I'm a user from China. Thanks to all your efforts and contributions, Ryzen Controller is gaining more and more popularity here.
However, English UI has brought some confusions to Chinese users, and due to the lack of community support (Discord is blocked here), many users are unable to use the software correctly. I think it necessary to add localization and user guide to the software, and I am really eager to help if needed.
However, I'm not familiar with html/js, so I might not be eligible for software development. I wonder if it possible to open a Crowdin Project, so volunteers from different regions could easily join in the localization.
