mpd-configure: errors in detecting formats (regression) and samplerates for uac cards

In the quest for speeding up the script a serious error was introduced in 622a1feb regarding the detection of supported encoding formats for uac interfaces. (see comment #802).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
