    Fix pipelines do not display coverage report in MRs · ddb8c8b4

    - Add UseSourceLink=true to test job
- Use absolute path for writing report in windows pipelines
- Update coverlet and Test.SDK

Windows script is running using powershell 5, so paths are
relative to the user directory, not the current path, which
is why the report could not be found.
