Simplify JS Files, Better Metropolis Fonts

JS files no longer have the awkward require placeholder files.
I never really used that method anyway. Metropolis font uses
the woff and woff2 files provided by the creator of the font:

FontAwesome 5 SVG-JS method used throughout. You must supply your own JS files available
from FA's private or public repos.

Some other improvements were made to simplify the structure but keep the available
build flows and API.
