Implement Network Quality API and all available events on iOS
Problem to solve
It would be nice to indicate to the end-user that the network is unstable.
Proposal
Plugin should be extended to enable the network quality events, make it configurable. Also the events that are necessary to receive those message should get implemented.
In the UI we could display the network connection once it is lower then excellent (5) and it should not be UNKNOWN (0).
Within the UI we could display the connection in the left downside corner of the participant.
