CI (steam info, game install/update, patch install/update) not automated after enabling a game

Ex. https://umod.org/admin/games/EKYYlxD1KX/edit#branches

Without that information and no way to fetch it manually, builds cannot be done locally.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
