Updating a locked plugin creates update, but doesn't update information

Updating again to have the information show correctly causes a duplicate version. This is likely only a problem for admin, being as developers wouldn't be able to update while locked.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
