Wrong commits being used for changelog when build is released

Made a new build today for the "oxide" branch for Rust, but instead of pulling the commit messages from that repository (umod.rust), it pulled all of them from the "develop" branch instead. Technically there were no new commit messages or changes from the previously release under the "oxide" branch, but it still shouldn't be pulling from the wrong branch and should display "No changelog" or similar if nothing is found to display.
