todo: license and author notification

the project must legalize: create a license files and also notify to the author,

the project was created due author said in email that does not have time to debug and adde some featured support like comments parsing and varchar typoes for pk

also only support sqlite with native db modules, does not support odbc

so fork the project and continues.. due missing license..
