Uninstaller: Remove installed games

The uninstaller should use the launcher itself to uninstall any currently installed games before removing the launcher itself. Without this feature the files associated with the games are left in limbo as there are no start menu shortcuts, nor uninstall menu entries to deal with them.

This will require a new command line feature in the launcher to actually support doing this
