Minimum icon height should match configured "Icon size"

This issue is with icons that don't fit the standard aspect ratio of album covers/icons can be vertically smaller than the others. I've attached a screenshot of a selected list item that has an icon (that's wider than regular), leading to its vertical height being smaller than normal.
