Update Glorious driver

Niels Westphal requested to merge crashniels/OpenRGB:GloriousModelO into master

Updated the Glorious driver to read the settings rather than setting a fixed value. Model O and Model D confirmed working. Windows detection is a bit ugly but it works. Any feedback would be appreciated. 👍
