    Added bitboard64.cpp bitboard64.h, chessboard.cpp chessboard.h, main.cpp,
.gitignore, READMEs, TODO, LICENSE
Currently a player can move pieces around the board (freely).
All strictly required functionality for the bitboard64 type has been
implemented
The LICENSE is still somewhat work in progress (specifcially the section at
the bottom)
