Update for 0.17 support.  Tweak some incorrect functionality.

Vehicle Snap & Fishy Business - character upgrades & fish bank.

Changes:
- Update Death Markers for new events
- Update style handling for labels
- Fixed Band (used a table instead of flow)
- Make the flashlight enable after battery research finishes.

Updates for 0.16.
Removed band from control.lua, because it's not ready for 0.16 yet (not band for gears&beers, sorry).

Add gametime display.
Restore band toolbar button creation (need to be able to force sprite-button for some toolbar buttons!)

Added player death markers with auto-cleanup.

Implement updated player listing, depending on a new generalized table gui widget.  This now lets us do clickable headers for sorting, and the new player list will include icons from 'band'.
Fix flashlight bugs.
Added items to fish mark (railgun+ammo, fast-loaders).
Update automessage messages.
Add distance travelled information.  Used in the player list windows.
