Linux 5.12-rc6

Qualcomm ARM64 defconfig udpate for 5.13

This enables the SM8350 TLMM and GCC drivers, needed to boot the
platform.

Qualcomm ARM64 DT updates for 5.13

This extends the initial SM8350 description merged in v5.12 with
CPUfreq, SMMU, UFS, RPMHPD, SPMI, USB and remoteproc support. It adds
initial PMIC definitions for the 6 PMICs found on the MTP and it
introduces the new SM8350 Hardware Development Kit (HDK).

SC7180 is further polished, the DisplayPort portion of the QMP phy is
defined and several new SKUs of the Trogdor devices are introduced.

The new SC7280 platform is introduced, with RPMH, RPMHPD, RPMCC, SPMI,
CPU idle, SMMU and watchdog defined.

SDM845 gains the camera related nodes and some cleanups.

For SM8250 it brings some cleanups and migrates SPI0 to use GPIO for
chip select.

Qualcomm driver updates for 5.13

This introduces SC7280 and SM8350 support in the RPMH power-domain
driver, SC7280 support to the LLCC driver, SC7280 support tot he AOSS
QMP driver, cleanups to the RPMH driver and a few smaller fixes to the
SMEM, QMI and EBI2 drivers.

Qualcomm fix for 5.12

This bypasses the, recently introduced, interconnect handling in the
GENI (serial engine) driver when running off ACPI, as this causes the
GENI probe to fail and the Lenovo Yoga C630 to boot without keyboard and
touchpad.

Power management fixes for 5.12-rc6

 - Fix race condition related to the handling of supplier devices
   during consumer device probe and fix the order of decrementation
   of two related reference counters in the runtime PM core code
   handling supplier devices (Adrian Hunter).

 - Fix kerneldoc comments in cpufreq that have not been updated along
   with the functions documented by them (Geert Uytterhoeven).

ACPI fixes for 5.12-rc6

 - Ensure that the memory occupied by ACPI tables on x86 will always
   be reserved to prevent it from being allocated for other purposes
   which was possible in some cases (Rafael Wysocki).

 - Fix the ACPI device enumeration code to prevent it from attempting
   to evaluate the _STA control method for devices with unmet
   dependencies which is likely to fail (Hans de Goede).

 - Fix the handling of CPU0 wakeup in the ACPI processor driver to
   prevent CPU0 online failures from occurring (Vitaly Kuznetsov).
