Linux 4.7-rc6

regulator: Fixes for v4.7

Two small fixes for the regulator subsystem - one fixing a crash with
one of the devices supported by the max77620 driver, another fixing
startup for the anatop regulator when it starts up with the regulator in
bypass mode.

ASoC: Fixes for v4.7

A small clutch of hardware specific fixes for various ASoC devices, all
small individually and important if you have that device but not
otherwise.

ASoC: Add private data for HDMI CODEC callbacks

Allow the HDMI CODECs to get private data passed in in callbacks.

Qualcomm Fixes for v4.8

* Change SCM init to use subsys_initcall

ACPI fix for v4.7-rc6

Fix an expression in the ACPI PCI IRQ management code added by a
recent commit that overlooked missing parens in it, so the result
of the computation is incorrect in some cases (Sinan Kaya).

Power management fixes for v4.7-rc6

 - Fix a recent intel_pstate regression that caused the number of
   wakeups to increase significantly on an idle system in some cases
   due to excessive synchronize_sched() invocations (Rafael Wysocki).

 - Fix unnecessary invocations of WARN_ON() in the cpufreq core
   after cpufreq has been suspended introduced during the 4.6 cycla
   (Rafael Wysocki).

 - Fix an error code path in the cpufreq-dt-platdev driver that
   forgets to drop a reference to a DT node (Masahiro Yamada).

IOMMU Fixes for Linux v4.7-rc5

Three fixes:

	* Fix use of smp_processor_id() in preemptible code in the IOVA
	  allocation code. This got introduced with the scalability
	  improvements in this release cycle.

	* A VT-d fix for out-of-bounds access of the iommu->domains
	  array. The bug showed during suspend/resume.

	* AMD IOMMU fix to print the correct device id in the ACPI
	  parsing code.

16.06 release

regulator: pwm: Support GPIO enables

Allow PWMs to control an external GPIO enable, needed by some systems to
propagate the output.

Third set of fixes for IIO in the 4.7 cycle.

A couple of really old bugs and the results of Mark taking a close look at
some nasty regulator handling.

* ad7266
  - Fix broken regulator handling that won't play well with dummy regulators.
  - Correctly handle and optional regulator.
  - Fix probe deferral for the vref regulator.
* kxsd9
  - Fix a wrong error check that leads to an inability to write or read
  the scale.
* sca3000
  - Fix a wrong error check that leads to an inability to read back the
  sampling frequency.

Second round of new iio device support, features and cleanups in the 4.8 cycle

Firstly some contact detail updates:
* NXP took over freescale. Update the mma8452 header to reflect this.
* Martin Kepplinger email address change in mma8452 header.
* Adriana Reus has changed email address. Update .mailmap.
* Matt Ranostay has changed email address. Update .mailmap.

New Device Support
* max1363
  - add the missing i2c_device_ids for a couple of parts so they can actually
    be used.
* ms5867
  - add device ids for ms5805 and ms5837 parts.

New Features
* ad5755
  - DT support.  This one was a bit controversial and under review for a long
    time.  Still no one could come up with a better solution.
* stx104
  - add gpio support
* ti-adc081c
  - Add ACPI device ID matching.

Core changes
* Refuse to register triggers with duplicate names.  There is no way to
  distinguish between them so this makes no sense.  A few drivers do not
  generate unique names for each instance of the device present.  We can't
  fix this without changing ABI so leave them and wait for someone to
  actually take the rare step of two identical accelerometers on the same
  board.
* buffer-dma
  - use ARRAY_SIZE in a few appropriate locations.

Tools
* Fix the fact that the --trigger-num option in generic_buffer didn't allow
  0 which is perfectly valid in the ABI.

Cleanups
* as3935
  - improve error reporting.
  - remove redundant zeroing of a field in iio_priv.
* gp2ap020a00f
  - use the iio_device_claim_*_mode helpers rather than open coding locking
  around mode changes.
* isl29125
  - use the iio_device_claim_*_mode helpers rather than open coding locking.
