There are several more changes since `v2.1.9` that reorganize the code, but shouldn't change the functionality of the plugin. See https://github.com/JOSM/pt_assistant/compare/v2.1.9...v2.1.10 for all changes.

Release 2.1.9

Plugin `public_transport_layer` is merged into `pt_assistant`. This release contains everything from `pt_assistant` in version v2.1.8 plus everything from `public_transport_layer` in version 34549.
Besides from this merge, nothing of relevance has changed from v2.1.8.

Release 2.1.5

Make the plugin ready for newer JOSM versions, improve code style on the way, update translations.
