Warn user if their version of Morrowind is not the latest.

Users that are installing Morrowind from a retail CD using our installation wizard might be using unpatched game files, i.e. Morrowind 1.0. The later patches fix many issues.

Wouldn't it be possible to add version recognition with automated patching to the installation wizard?

It could prevent people from submitting bugs that were already fixed in the official patch.

Not sure how version recognition and automated patching would look like, but it seems possible.
