Use ESM::ReadersCache in the editor

Fixes #7896 (closed). Probably. Alternative to !3978 (closed).

Changes the index of the file being edited from 0 to -1 (like a save) to allow ESM::ReadersCache to be used so content file indices are properly set up by ESM::Cell::getNextRef.
