Linux 4.15-rc9

ASoC: Updates for v4.16

Some final updates for the merge window, this brings in some
improvements to the ACPI GPIO handling for Intel and a bunch of fixes.

nouveau, i915, vmwgfx and sun4i regression fixes

Fixes for 4.16:

Fixes one Kconfig issue and a enable some panels to work properly.
There is also a fix of error code return in sun4i.

Display corruption regression bugfix with both a prep patch and a
follow-up fix

GPIO fix for the v4.15 series, this fixes the bit fiddling in the
MMIO GPIO driver.

wireless-drivers fixes for 4.15

One last set of fixes for regression submitted during the last few days.

bcma & ssb

* fix older build problems which (apparently) recently became more
  frequent in certain MIPS configurations

brcmfmac

* continue driver initialisation even if CLM blob (firmware) file is
  not found

Final 4.15 drm-misc pull:

Just 3 sun4i patches to fix clock computation/checks.

ASoC: Updates for v4.16

Some more updates for v4.16, the big things here are the ST DFSDM driver
and the IIO patches required to support that and even more in the
neverending series of code quality improvements for x86, including
Pierre's work to improve the Kconfig.  The unused SN95031 driver and
associated board support are also removed, they haven't been buildable
for a considerable time without anyone noticing.

i915, tegra, nouveau, vc4 and vmwgfx fixes

Hopefully final drm/i915 fixes for v4.15:
- Fix a KASAN reported use after free
- Whitelist a register to avoid hangs
- GVT fixes

GPIO fix for v4.15: fix a raw vs elaborate GPIO descriptor bug
introduced by yours truly.

IIO: ST DFSDM support

This is the IIO portion of some patches adding support for the ST DFSDM
IP, it's shared with ASoC as the hardware is also used for audio.
