ppc patch queue for 2022-07-28:

Short queue with 2 Coverity fixes and one fix of the
'wait' insns that is causing hangs if the guest kernel uses
the most up to date wait opcode.

- target/ppc:
  - implement new wait variants to fix guest hang when using the new opcode
- ppc440_uc: initialize length passed to cpu_physical_memory_map()
- spapr_nvdimm: check if spapr_drc_index() returns NULL

ppc patch queue for 2022-07-18:

This is the last ppc patch queue before the soft freeze. It contains new
TCG instructions and changes, a tricky bug fix in kvmppc_find_cpu_dt()
and other enhancements/fixes.

- tcg and target/ppc:
  - move instructions to decodetree
  - check for bad Radix configs
  - ISA 3.00 tlbie[l]
  - fix gen_*_exception error codes
  - check fortb_env != 0 when printing TBU/TBL/DECR
- fix kvmppc_find_cpu_dt() returning the wrong CPU DT path when there's a
'clock-frequency' property in the root node
- spapr, e500: pass a random seed in /chosen/rng-seed
- all boards: allocate IRQ lines with qdev_init_gpio_in()

ppc patch queue for 2022-07-06:

This queue consists of improvements and bug fixes in TCG, powernv and
pSeries, with some fixes in other areas as well.

- tcg and target/ppc: BCDA and mffscdrn implementations, Remove CONFIG_INT128
conditional code
- fix '-cpu max' alias
- remove '-cpu default' alias
- spapr: fixes in DDW handling, H_WATCHDOG support
- powernv: cleanups in the pnv-phb3/4 models
- fix core type of MPC8555 and MPC8560 models

ppc patch queue for 2022-06-21:

- tcg and target/ppc: vector divide instructions and a vbpermd fix for
  BE hosts
- ppc440_uc.c: fix boot of sam460ex machine
- target/ppc: fix stop state on cpu reset
- xive2: Access direct mapped thread contexts from all chips
- a couple of Coverity fixes

ppc patch queue for 2022-05-26:

Most of the changes are enhancements/fixes made in TCG ppc emulation
code. Several bugs fixes were made across the board as well.

Changes include:

- tcg and target/ppc: VSX MMA implementation, fixes in helper
declarations to use call flags, memory ordering, tlbie and others
- pseries: fixed stdout-path setting with -machine graphics=off
- pseries: allow use of elf parser for kernel address
- other assorted fixes and improvements

ppc patch queue for 2022-05-05:

The star of the show in this PR is the 'Remove hidden usages of *env'
work done by Víctor, which impacts a lot of target/ppc code and we want
to get it landed ASAP so future target/ppc contributions can be based on
it.

Other changes:

- XIVE fixes in guest interrupt handling
- BookE debug interrupt fix
- vhost-user TARGET_PPC64 macro fix
- valgrind fixes in kvmppc functions
