 * two null pointer dereference fixes
 * a fix for preempt-enabled/BHs-enabled (lockdep) splats
   (that correctly pointed out a bug)
 * a fix for multi-BSSID ordering assumptions
 * a fix for the EDMG support, on-stack chandefs need to
   be initialized properly (now that they're bigger)

regressions fixes but the mt7615 problem has been since it was merged.

A few small remaining wrap-up for this merge window.

Most of patches are device-specific (HD-audio and USB-audio quirks,
FireWire, pcm316a, fsl, rsnd, Atmel, and TI fixes), while there is
a simple fix (actually two commits) for ASoC core.
