Fixes for v4.18-rc4:
- A few small fixes for the sii8620 bridge.
- Allocate blob property memory using kvzalloc instead of kmalloc.

A couple of GVT fixes, and a GGTT mmapping fix.

ACPI fixes for 4.18-rc4

 - Revert part of a recent ACPICA regression fix that added leading
   newlines to ACPICA error messages and made the kernel log look
   broken (Rafael Wysocki).

 - Fix an ACPI battery driver regression introduced during the 4.17
   cycle due to incorrect error handling that made Thinkpad 13
   laptops crash on boot (Jouke Witteveen).

 - Fix up the recently added PPTT ACPI table support by covering
   the case when a PPTT structure represents a processors group
   correctly (Sudeep Holla).

Power management fixes for 4.18-rc4

 - Resume parallel PCI (non-PCIe) bridges on suspend-to-RAM (ACP S3)
   to avoid confusing the platform firmware which started to happen
   after a core power management regression fix that went in during
   the 4.17 cycle (Rafael Wysocki).

 - Fix up the recently added support for devices in multiple power
   domains by avoiding to power up the entire domain unnecessarily
   when attaching a device to it (Ulf Hansson).

drm-misc-next for 4.19:

First set of fixes for 4.18 and for numerous drivers. Something to mention
about is the wcn36xx fix which makes it possible to compile with gcc older than
4.4 (though I'm not sure if we even support those anymore).

Linux 4.18-rc3

This round's updates:
 * finally some of the promised HE code, but it turns
   out to be small - but everything kept changing, so
   one part I did in the driver was >30 patches for
   what was ultimately <200 lines of code ... similar
   here for this code.
 * improved scan privacy support - can now specify scan
   flags for randomizing the sequence number as well as
   reducing the probe request element content
 * rfkill cleanups
 * a timekeeping cleanup from Arnd
 * various other cleanups

Power management fixes for 4.18-rc3

 - Fix the initialization time error handling in the recently added
   Kryo cpufreq driver (Dan Carpenter).

 - Fix up the recently added coverage of performance states in the
   generic power domains (genpd) framework (Viresh Kumar).

 - Add missing documentation of the new hwp_dynamic_boost sysfs knob
   in the intel_pstate driver (Rafael Wysocki).

 - Fix incorrect sysfs path in the intel_pstate driver documentation
   (Rafael Wysocki).

Just three fixes:
 * fix HT operation in mesh mode
 * disable preemption in control frame TX
 * check nla_parse_nested() return values
   where missing (two places)

drm-misc-fixes for v4.18-rc3:
- A single fix in meson for an unhandled error path in meson_drv_bind_master().

sound fixes for 4.18-rc3

Over a dozen of changes, but all small and clear fixes.
A half of them are the regression fixes for CA0132 HD-audio codec,
and the rest are, again, a few more fixups for HD-audio, two UBSAN
fixes in the core ioctls, and a trivial fix in the error path
handling in lx6464es driver.
