Allwinner fixes for 4.15, round 2

One fix that fixes the display pipeline description in the device tree
for the A10 and A20 SoCs. This description was introduced in 4.15-rc1
with a mismatch in the graph remote endpoints, which would likely
result in the driver misinterpreting how the individual components fit
together.

Allwinner clock changes for 4.16, part 2

The hardware description for the DE2 clocks on the A64 and H5 SoCs is
fixed, and support for these clocks on the H3 is added. Also, the
description for the TCON1 clock on the A83T is fixed. All these are
non-critical, as they have no users.

Linux 4.15-rc7

This is the 3.2.98 stable release

ASoC: Updates for v4.16

Quite a big update here, mostly in new device support and some big
updates for older drivers too.  The main core work continues to be
Morimoto-san's efforts on modernising drivers to use the component
layer.

 - Lots more updates from Morimoto-san to move more things into the
   component level.
 - Large cleanups of some of the TI CODEC drivers from Andrew F. Davis.
 - Even more quirks and cleanups of quirks for x86 systems.
 - Refactoring of the Freescale SSI driver from Nicolin Chen in
   preparation for some more substantive improvements which are
   currently in review.
 - New drivers for Allwinner A83T, Maxim MAX89373, SocioNext UiniPhier
   EVEA Tempo Semiconductor TSCS42xx and TI PCM816x, TAS5722 and TAS6424
   devices.

A few improvements to our DT support, with:
  - basic DRM support for the A83t
  - simplefb support for the H3 and H5 SoCs

- couple of documentation build fixes
- serialize non-blocking modesets
- prevent DMC from messing up GMBUS transfers
- PSR regression fix

We have things all over the place, no point listing them.

One thing is notable: I applied two patches and later
reverted them - we'll get back to that once all the driver
situation is sorted out.

Two fixes:
 * drop mesh frames appearing to be from ourselves
 * check another netlink attribute for existence
