CI build image for odagrun project, CentOS7 based image with the static libs for building and testing odagrun.

This project is based on little program write in bash language for automate installation of Matrix/Synapse Homeserver enviroment and dependences, optionally configure first parameters & TLS certs and download VoIP Turn Server integration for Matrix.
