Changes 274 lines of text in the English localization to be correct grammar and spelling errors, improve consistency, and change British spellings to American spellings.

Changes 1 anachronistic province name, fixes 12 instances of incorrect capitalization, 7 instances of incorrect grammar, 12 typos, edits 75 localization keys for more consistency, 4 for clarity, and 189 to change British spelling to American spelling.

Adds 6 additional alerts to the game, which will appear under the age button when their conditions are met.

Each alert can separately be enabled or disabled, and in multiplayer, different players can have different alerts enabled/disabled for their country.

Changes trade company and charter names to better match trade nodes.

Changes trade company names to use country adjectives rather than culture names.

For example, a French trade company in the Beijing trade node in vanilla would be called "Francien North China Company" while in the mod it would be called "French Beijing Company"

Adds a small question mark icon to the diplomacy window, allowing you to view the startup description text for any existing country. Mainly designed to be used for alternate history / total conversion mods so the player can read lore without having to go to a wiki or loading into every country they're interested in to see the startup screen.
