A way to communicate generic records via REST api, using csv as encoding

Created an Online Patients Healthcare System written in PHP. The System links the Patient's with Aadhar number (generating an unique patient ID). the Doctor would be able to see all the previous diagnosis records and assess the patient accordingly.
