NOTE: The changes made here are played on top of branch issue/351-setup-ci. Doesn't matter either way but wanted to do it the GitLab CI setup first to confirm the runners are working correctly.

GitLab CI flow. Now runs Fastlane which runs the CI tests.

Testing Notes

Run CI either locally using the fastlane commands or run CI on the GitLab UI.
