Tweaked NSWindow display settings
Added NSCollectionView as sidebar & setup datasource & basic logic
Setup General screen (although this'll likely be encapsulated in a separate view in future)
Added image UI assets

Note: There is a bug in my implementation of NSCollectionView logged here.
