Update com.iakmds.librecamera.yml

iakmds requested to merge (removed):master into master

As discussed in !12712 (merged), this commit is for two things:

  • Use the Flutter submodule in the GitHub repo of Libre Camera
  • Split apk architectures to reduce apk size

I have two questions:

  1. Is everything implemented correctly?
  2. Will I have to manually add the 3 architectures in a MR every time I update the app, or can I just tag the release and it will apply these changes for the next version? Thank you.
