CI: make the path the same as buildserver
Based on !12500 (closed). Also remove the permission change of android sdk.
See https://gitlab.com/linsui/fdroiddata/-/jobs/4403428991 and https://gitlab.com/linsui/fdroiddata/-/jobs/4408707431. The build path is /home/vagrant/build now.
Tested with some apps.
Depends on fdroidserver!1407 (merged).
