Resolve "Platform Page"

a11y note: I will need some time to work out a plan to make this more accessible. I thought the appropriate thing to do would be to great a table relationship for the feature table with roles of table, columnheader, and cell. AXE devtools says that rows are required, but our table doesn't really fit that mold. I've removed the roles for now.
