Remove team member location/country data and team map display

Why is this change being made?

  • For all team member YML files, makes locality blank, and country: Remote
  • Disables display of teampage map iframe on all pages
  • Disables display of location column in two pages:
    • handbook/marketing/community-relations/code-contributor-program/resources/merge-request-coach-lifecycle.html.md.erb
    • company/culture/inclusion/advisory-group-members/index.html.erb

This is an alternate approach to !99975 (closed), which hid the location/country data, but did not clear out the underlying data in the YML files
