Update CI/CD links in old release posts 1

Link updates

As per the linked issue, there are a lot of old CI/CD docs links that are out of date, so we should clean them up. This MR updates the links for:

  • Files that follow the pattern: YYYY_MM_DD_gitlab_X_Y_released.yml
