Add DITLO video for FY23 Q1

Why is this change being made?

This adds a link to the first customer day-in-the-life-of (DITLO) video, and its transcript, to the Engineering handbook.

In this case I can't mention publicly who the interview was with, so the content is deliberately brief.

Closes chief-of-staff-cto#5.
