Update Ireland Covid guidance

Why is this change being made?

  • Ireland no longer recommends contacting your GP after a positive test unless specific symptoms occur.
  • Small fix to Irish grammar (either in Irish or as Gaeilge would make sense, but in Gaeilge doesn't really).
