Remove CI config for deprecated Dependency Scanning jobs

Why is this change being made?

As mentionned in gitlab-org/gitlab#357038 (comment 907698464) we still have some deprecated analyzers configured for Dependency Scanning in some GitLab projects.

This MR removes them from the CI configuration as they will be removed officially from our vendored template in 15.0 anyway.
